The app

It paces every rep.
It logs every newton-metre.

The measurement is the whole point. With your phone mounted to the device, Rebow's app senses each movement, paces the controlled lowering, and records the load you actually applied — in newton-metres — session after session.

Three things the app does

Paces the rep

The eccentric phase only helps if it's slow and controlled. The app times each lowering so your tempo is right — every rep, not just the first few.

Logs the load

From the mass and extension you've set, the app knows your moment in newton-metres and records it. You're working to a number, not a feeling.

Shows the trend

Rehab happens over weeks. A progress view turns a pile of sessions into a line you can read — and share with your physio.

How it senses movement

Your phone is the sensor. It mounts rigidly to the device, and the app uses the phone's accelerometer to follow the motion — which is why the mount is built for zero play. No extra hardware, no pairing, no separate wearable to charge.

A progressive web app. Rebow's app runs in your browser and installs to your home screen — nothing to download from a store. App install link — placeholder until the PWA is published (Ollie's build).

Numbers shown in illustrations are examples. The app measures and paces exercise; it doesn't diagnose or make treatment decisions for you.
